Bypass Security on ISPs to Stream IPTV Service
Now that we know which Internet Service Providers block IPTV services, I am sure you probably understand why you are getting invalid details, playback, or your service stopped working altogether.
Thankfully, a few of these ISPs allow users whether they want to turn on that security or not. If you are lucky and your ISP provides that option, you need to turn it off, and you are good to go.
However, if your internet provider is not listed here, you must purchase ExpressVPN, NordVPN, or IPVanish, a few recommended and compatible VPNs that work with our service.
Bypass TalkTalk Security:
For TalkTalk providers, the security is called HomeSafe we need to disable it by following these steps:
- Log into My Account.
- Select My Services from the menu bar.
- Select View HomeSafe settings.
- It will show what is currently turned on/off.
- Choose your areas to Switch Off next to any of the three options.
- For Kids Safe, you’ll see a prompt asking if you’re sure you want to switch it off, just hit Turn KidSafe Off.

Wrap Up
These are the simple and easiest ways to disable Security on most Internet Providers and fix all the well-known issues on your IPTV subscription.
However, even after disabling the security, if you are still having issues then please don’t forget to open a ticket or email us.
Please keep in mind to provide us with the following details so that our team can assist properly:
- Name of the device you are using.
- Screenshot while putting in the credentials.
- Name of the app you have.
- Who is your Internet Provider?
- Are you trying to use it on more than 1 device?
- Your IP address:
To know the public IP, the subscriber must connect to the address: http://monip.org. The IP we are interested in looks like 81.2XX.1XX.XXX, for example, the local IP often starts with 192.168.xxx.xxx (it is of no use to us).
– Regarding IPv4/IPv6
You must use the IPv4 connection protocol (instead of IPv6), if you find an IP that looks like ‘2001:0db8:0000:85a3:0000:0000:ac1f:8001’ it means that the subscriber is in IPv6 and that’s why his subscription is not working. A few searches on Google will help you easily find where the parameters of the device and/or the subscriber’s modem are located to switch from IPv6 to IPv4.
The subscriber must contact his ISP (internet provider) if the change from IPv6 to IPv4 is not possible from his modem.
